Hi there, no sneak peaks as its the challenge over on The Creative Cottage challenge blog and this week it has been set by the wonderful Shelly who would like to see cards for the birthday boy! I have made my card using the Little Monkeys Wild West easel card kit. The Creative Cottage new website

Hi everyone hope you are all well and have had a great weekend, well its an exciting time over at The Creative Cottage, we are about to open our new website and to celebrate that we have loads of new releases, daily give away, freebie and a blog hop!

So for this week we will be showing you sneak peaks from the kits and then on Monday 20th September the website will open and we will have a blog hop where you can win a fabulous prize at the end but also there are several hidden along the way! We really hope you will join in the fun!

Pollycraft Challenge- Christmas with a twist

Hi everyone, its my turn to set the challenge over on Pollycraft challenge and I have picked the theme Christmas for this week but there is a twist, I dont want to see any red or green!

I made two cards for the challenge the first is using the very cute Mimi and Marly image and the second is using the beautiful Clover snowflake kisses image. The papers on the second card are from the Snow Buddies Paper Pack by The Creative Cottage.

The Creative Cottage Challenge 22 and a freebie!

Good morning to you all, hope you are all well. I cant believe how long it is since I posted, I havnt been well and with the little ones been of school my mojo has left the building, hopefully it will return soon. Anyway its time for another Creative Cottage Challenge and this time Rebekah has chosen the theme and she wants to see Celebrations!

My cousin and his girlfriend have just moved into their first home, so I think this is something to celebrate so I have made a new home card using papers from the Bella Ballerina and Summer Mornings paper packs and embellishments from the Home Sweet Home kit. ............Im so late with this post and am such a bad blogger at the minute, hopefully once the school holidays are over and I have caught up with things over at the creative cottage I will have more to show you and be able to visit you more often but for now I'm sorry for been a bad blogger! So anyway here at last is my card for this weeks Creative Cottage Challenge which has been chosen by Donna and is a bit of a tough one, acetate, well I found it a bit tough any way but I must admit I enjoyed the challenge and it got me doing a style of card I have never done so thats a good thing! I have made this card with elements from the Christmas Magic Kit and the Bella Ballerina Paper Pack.

Pollycraft Challenge 54 Love and Marriage

Good morning to you all, this week over on the Pollycraft Challenge its Beckys turn to pick the challenge and she wants to see you make cards with the Love & Marriage theme. I have made an anniversary card using the Lovebirds image which is a freebie at the Pollycraft shop, the aperture card base is from the Patchwork Pals set from QVC. You cant really tell on the photo but I have cut out the image and attached to the aperture.

Touch Feely

Two days in a row, I'm doing well :) This card is for the new Creative Cottage Challenge which is touchy feely set by the fabulous Becky. This was tough one for me at first but then I found some handmade papers in my stash that had a little stud design all over it so I teemed them with some embossing and pearls and there you have it. The papers and letter are from the Daisy Chain Farm kit and the image is an old freebie what I printed out in Sepia tones.

Better late........

..........than never. I made this card last Sunday for the fabulous sketch over on Penny Black Saturday Challenge and I forgot to put it on here, don't no where my head is lately its just so hectic here. Anyway I have used stickers by penny black what I have had for years but never got round to using them. Not so sure if I like this card as its much darker than I usually do but its different so going to put it on here anyway.

Hi everyone, had a little time to craft so I have made a card using another image soon to be released by Pollycraft, its part of a gorgeous little set called Love..naturally and will be available to purchase on the 15th July along with some other gorgeous images. The greeting is one I picked up some where ages ago, not sure where from or who its by but thought it went perfect with this image.

The Creative Cottage Challenge 18

Good morning, well over on The Creative Cottage Challenge blog its my turn to set the challenge so the theme this week is No Cards Allowed, now wouldn't you of thought that seems I set the challenge I would of had loads of ideas and probably when I did set it that was the case but it defiantly wasn't the case when I came to make it so I went for an easy option...........a book mark..........still a book mark always comes in handy doesn't it and I have been wanting to make one of these for ages as a bit of paper in my book doesnt look great does it? Since making this one I have had requests for several more infact my daugter even claimed this one so thats another one I need to make for myself!

freebie and the cute little fairy is an image from Pollycraft.

I would also like to enter my card for the Sketch and Stash challenge who are really testing us this time as they want to see circle creations.

Cupcake Craft Challenge

Hi everyone, hope you all have had a fab weekend, mine has been a good one but very hectic. We are thinking of getting a dog, anyway we have found one and have been spending lots of time with him to see if he likes us, all is going well so hopefully we will be bringing him home soon!

I did find a bit time to craft, cant show you most of what I have done yet but I can show you this card. The image is one of the fabulous new Cherry kisses range....whatever!.... from Pollycraft due to be released on 15th of July along with some other totally gorgeous images that you are just going to have to get your hands on. I have to say I LOVE this image, it so reminds me of my oldest daughter Lauren, even down to the docs lol. I have made this card for saying well done with her exams, when she gets the results!

Good morning everyone, I have some really exciting news for you, Paula from Pollycraft has asked me to be on her design team, how fabulous is that, I have loved Paula's work since I found her on ebay many moons ago and she has become a very special friend to me so to be on her design team is just awesome. I don't officially start till 12th of July but I just couldn't wait so I have a card for you that I made using this weeks pollycraft friday freebie, Cuthbert, isn't he just the cutest bear ever! Little bit of a tricky one this week and I went for a very easy option of a card with little gift bags, ideal I think to put a little something in to go with a thank you card maybe for a teacher!
